| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to foundry. Proposed plant comprises casting machine with dispensing funnel, cooler and electromagnetic crystallizer arranged around an ingot. Inductor of the electromagnetic crystallizer contains the main and additional windings. Liquid metal mass is continuously hardened and discharged under the action of cooling water from the cooler entering the side surface of the ingot. Main winding is made of series-connected turns and is connected to a single-phase voltage source. Additional winding is also located around the ingot and has an even number of turns. Electric current of the windings creates an alternating magnetic field which excites electromagnetic forces in the melt, which retain the melt from spreading and stirring it. USE - Foundry.
