| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Truss span of sprinkling machine comprises strut frame (1) arranged with one end on self-propelled trolley (2), which is a prefabricated structure, upper belt (3) of which is formed by water-conducting pipeline (4), consisting of galvanized steel pipes (5), connected by means of flanges (6). Sections of braces (8) are mounted on water-conducting pipeline (4), each of which is formed by four braces (8) and a crossbar connecting their ends. At the bottom sections of braces (8) are connected to each other by means of beam trussing rods (10) forming two lower belts (11) of frame (1). For connection with neighbouring spans at ends of frame (1) there are hinged joints (12, 13) equipped with fasteners for extreme beam trussing rods (10). Last section of braces (8) of frame (1) is connected by means of tubular stiffeners to posts of self-propelled trolley (2) equipped with electric drive and pneumatic wheels (15). Water-conducting pipeline (4) is equipped with sprinkling nozzles (7). Strut frame (1) is equipped with dynamic vibration dampers (16) installed on the upper or lower belts (3, 11) of strut frame (1). Each dynamic damper (16) is made in the form of tension spring (17), which by one end is fixed to upper or lower belt (3, 11) of frame (1), and on other end of spring (17) there is sinker (18). Dynamic vibration dampers (16) are located in the central part of strut frame (1) and are arranged symmetrically relative to frame (1) centre and its longitudinal axis. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Simplified design of truss span, made with possibility of dissipation of oscillations occurring at action of wind. |
