| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to endoscopic surgery, colorectal surgery, oncology, and can be used in treating patients with flat-elevated epithelial neoplasms of the colon. Neoplasm borders are visualized by means of virtual chromoendoscopy of mucosal surface. Neoplasm boundaries are marked with an electrosurgical instrument using a soft coagulation mode. Intact mucosa is marked along the visualized boundaries of the new growth in amount of at least 4. Colon lumen is filled with normal saline at temperature of 15–25 °C. Endoscopic loop is opened and placed behind the established marks at distance of 2–5 mm along the perimeter of the neoplasm. USE - Medicine.
