| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The disk has a flat disk (1) with needles (2) placed on both sides with a round cross-section and an oblique cut of end to form a cutting blade. The needles are attached to the disk by individual clamps (3). The needles are installed at an angle of 25 degree relative to a radius of the disk with the oblique cut outward from the disk, and the disk is installed at an attack angle to a direction of movement of implement. The oblique cut is made at an angle of 45 degree to a longitudinal axis of the needle. The needles are deepened into soil by 10-12 cm, crumble and loosen upper layer when the implement moves along surface of field, and comb out weeds to lay the weed on surface of the soil due to installation at angle to the radius of the disk. USE - Needle disk of soil-cultivating implement for surface soil cultivation. ADVANTAGE - The operational reliability, maintainability and quality of soil cultivation are increased.
