成果简介	NOVELTY - The replaceable cutting plate comprises front surface (3) and rear surface (2) on which strip with sharpening angle is arranged adjacent to cutting edge (1), where the sharpening angle is provided equal to cutting angle at cutting edge and width of band (4) by taking into account of maximum permissible dimensional wear of the plate. A front surface of the cutting plate is arranged with reinforcing strip (5) adjacent to cutting edge, where sharpening angle of cutting plate is provided greater than specified sharpening angle. A main cutting plane on back surface is made in curvilinear shape with monotonically decreasing sharpening angle as distance from cutting edge increases from sharpening angle to cutting angle. USE - Replaceable cutting plate for removing internal and external burrs from small and medium diameter electric-welded pipes. ADVANTAGE - The replaceable cutting plate is enabled to increase cutting stability, reliability, and durability of plates when removing burrs from electric-welded pipes by optimizing the geometry of working surfaces of tool.
