Method for processing freshly cut antlers of maral and reindeer into powder, including cutting of antlers, freezing, crushing together with skin or with hair and skin to particles with size of not more than 0.5 mm, drying the material with subsequent grinding to particles with size of 0.1-30.0 mcm, packing into a light-and-gas-proof bag and sterilization, characterized by that drying is carried out by sublimation at atmospheric pressure to moisture content of 30%, and after regrinding, antler material is additionally dried in an infrared radiation field with a spectral range of 0.75 to 1.4 mcm at temperature of 40-60 °C with moisture content equal to 12-15%.
