| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical dentistry, and is intended for use in single-stage installation of a dental implant in a thin gum. After infiltration anaesthesia, a gingival mucosa is incised to an alveolar bone in a mesio-distal direction symmetrically relative to a planned implant bed in a projection of the implant platforms. Full-thickness mucoperiostal flap is formed on the oral and vestibular sides symmetrically relative to the planned implant bed, exposing the periosteum and alveolar bone. Flaps are thrown to the appropriate sides. Bed for implants is formed on the exposed alveolar bone, followed by their installation. Graft cut to the shape of the flap is sutured to the inner side of each full-thickness mucoperiosteal flap, for which an allogeneic graft is used – a fascial limiter for directed tissue regeneration "Alloplant". Mucoperiostal flaps with the allograft fixed to them are placed in situ on the alveolar crest and fixed with sutures; the installed implants are covered. USE - Medicine.
