成果简介NOVELTY - Digital printing ink composition for wool based fabrics comprises 0.01-30 wt.% dye compound, 0.5-5 wt.% biopolymer, 1-10 wt.% plasticizer, 0.05-5 wt.% additives, and water as a solvent quantity sufficient. USE - Digital printing ink composition for wool based fabrics to provide a good print image quality, UV Rays Resistance, good storage stability, improved dye fixation rate. ADVANTAGE - The ink provides an economic and environment friendly digital printing ink composition for 100% wool or any wool blend fabrics comprises one dye compound, one biopolymer, one plasticizer in water to quantity sufficient. The important aspect is that the said ink composition is avoiding the pretreatment coating process before digital printing and therefore, economic process to print the wool based fabrics, and promote better compatibility between the inks and substrates, resulting in sharper images and reduced color bleeding. The prints exhibit resistance to fading, particularly when exposed to external factors like UV light and rigorous washing conditions.
