成果简介	NOVELTY - The unit has a two-chamber mass mixing basin into which a collector and a pump intake pipe are cut. A mixing device (5) is supplied to each of the chambers. The intake pipe (8) is connected to a pressure box through a pump and supply pipes. The collector pipe and the pump intake pipe are cut into the mass basin at an angle of 45 degree in different directions. The flow divider is made in the form of a partition which is installed in the center of the pool parallel to the walls of the chambers for a length extending beyond those edges of the chambers into which the mixing devices are connected. The flow divider is made in the form of a wedge-shaped protrusion with a slope of 45 degree. The partition is installed on the top of the wedge-shaped protrusion. The pump intake pipe is inserted through the inclined surface of the wedge-shaped protrusion. USE - Mixing unit for mixing components of paper pulp during processing of waste paper raw materials. ADVANTAGE - The unit reduces the risk of collector clogging, increases the time and intensity of primary flow mixing, ensures a stabilized direction of mass flow circulation and avoids the risk of incompletely homogenized mass flow entering the pressure box. The mass mixing units used in waste paper processing to improve the homogeneity of the flow and stabilize the direction of circulation of the mass flow.
