成果简介	NOVELTY - The cage has an entry cage with a body having a set of vertical bars in bent configuration. A lever mechanism is fixed at front of the body, where the mechanism has two sliding bars parallel to each other in vertical alignment. A rod is attached about a point of rear side of the sliding bars, and a hook is pivoted about a central point of the rod. A bait cage is detachably attached to a center cage, and has a bait for an animal to be trapped. A triggering gate is connected with the lever mechanism through a string. USE - Portable animal trap cage for trapping various animals. Uses include but are not limited to leopards, tigers, bears and similar type of animals. ADVANTAGE - The cage has three detachable sections that are easy to assemble and dissemble, thus providing ease of handling by unskilled person. The animal to be trapped in the cage needs to be carried manually to nearest motorable road. The triggering gate is configured such that the triggering gate tend to oscillate as body of the animal to-be-trapped comes in contact to pull the lever mechanism to cause uplifted trap gate to slide down automatically to close the entry cage.
