| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Technical result is achieved by the fact that at the base station (BS) the association between synchronization signals (SS/PBCH) and reference signals of channel state information (CSI-RS) is pre-configured, wherein each SS/PBCH corresponds to one of beams, which can be used by base station for DL transmission, and transmitting, by the base station, the pre-configured association to the user equipment (UE); corresponding SS/PBCH are transmitted from BS in at least some of beams. Measurements of the received SS/PBCH are performed on the user equipment (UE), one or more SS/PBCHs are selected based on the measurement results and a message on the one or more selected SS/PBCHs (MAC CE report) is transmitted to the base station via L2 signalling; when receiving control information from the BS, identified as the ACK of receiving the MAC CE report, a first UE timer of a first predetermined duration (T1) is started USE - Wireless communication.
