| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to veterinary science and concerns a method for immunoprophylaxis of cattle leukemia. Method of increasing the effectiveness of immunoprophylaxis of cattle leukemia involves using the preparation Mixoferon, additionally using the preparation Gamavit for down-calving cows, wherein the preparation Mixoferon is administered subcutaneously twice with interval of 12 hours on days 250 and 259 of pregnancy in dose of 2 ml in amount of 20 doses, together with the preparation Gamavit in dose of 0.1 ml/kg of body weight on days 250, 254, 256 and 259 of pregnancy, and to newborn calves the preparation Mixoferon is administered subcutaneously for 7 days and on 25–30th day after birth, 1 ml in amount of 10 doses, and the preparation Gamavit is used in dose of 0.1 ml/kg of body weight on 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th and 21st days of calves life.
