ADVANTAGE - The system incorporates a controlled feedback mechanism, ensuring regulated speed, increased efficiency, stabilized components, and easy operation. The closed-chamber operation ensures that nanoparticles are consistently mixed through collisions and impacts. It boasts low-cost operational features, operating on low power with a motor at 300 rpm and a DC supply with a step voltage of 3V from 0-9V. The system's cylindrical part, assembled with the motor, facilitates horizontal rotation, and to achieve thorough mixing, the nanoparticle mixture is rotated for approximately 24-30 hours.
