| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The automated spot-till planter (100) comprises a main frame (102) held up by a pair of rear wheels (104,106) and a front wheel (108). The rear wheels are rotatably connected to a motor unit (110,112), which is programmed for traveling a preset distance equal to the seed spacing. A first sensor is configured to detect distance traveled by transmitting detected data. A second sensor is configured to detect the availability of drilled holes in the soil. A first belt roller unit (118) and a second belt roller unit are configured to receive rotatory motion from a power engine (116) by transmitting received rotatory motion. A weeding unit (122) provides multiple blades and multiple rotating shafts. Multiple blades are configured to cut weeds along some dirt to yield clean soil upon receiving rotatory motion from the power engine by the first belt roller unit. A soil drilling unit (132) provides multiple hollow augers. USE - Automated spot-till planter for conservation agriculture on both ploughed and unploughed lands to perform soil weeding, soil drilling, seed sowing, and soil covering operations simultaneously. ADVANTAGE - The automated spot-till planter has a cutting structure weed in multiple directions, so that the weeding efficiency is effectively improved. The seeding amount is controlled by the seeding structure, and the automatic seeding is favorably ensured. The sowing unit for sowing seeds and a punching unit for punching holes on the ground are respectively provided for ensuring the quality of punching holes, avoiding the problem of blockage of a seeding end during seeding and ensuring the efficiency of seeding.
