| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Electrically conductive composite (4) comprises one conductive additive(s) (1), and one binder polymer (9), where one conductive additive having an amount of 5-70 wt.% and remaining amount is binder polymer that is added to one or more solvents to obtain a binder solution (8) which is shear mixed with one conductive additive at a pre-defined temperature to obtain a binder conductive mixture (11) for continuous conducting network and homogenous binder distribution and the binder conductive mixture is dried and ground to obtain fine powder of electrically conductive composite. USE - Electrically conductive composite for reducing heat generation in battery electrodes and improving life of cell or battery. ADVANTAGE - The electrically conductive composite enables to improve the percolation network of conductive components across the electrode and to minimize the resistance of a battery/cell for improving life of the battery/cell, to lower the resistance of the battery/cell, provide an electrically conductive composite to enhance the power density of the cell, to improve the mechanical binding properties of the composite, to allow better uniformity in mixing of binder and thus more homogeneous binding ability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparation of electrically conductive composite, which involves: (a) adding one or more binder polymer(s) into one or more solvent(s) for obtaining a binder solution, (b) adding one or more conductive additive(s) into the binder solution, (c) shear-mixing a solution at a pre-defined temperature to obtain a binder conductive additive mixture, and (d) drying and grounding the binder conductive additive mixture to obtain fine powder of electrically conductive composite.
