| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of removing sludge from electrolysis baths. Nutsche filter is fed along rails. Sludge is drained and the sludge is simultaneously flushed with water under pressure. Sludge and water enter the working chamber of the Nutsche filter and settle therein for some time. Main volume of water is discharged through the drain hole of the Nutsche filter via a flexible hose into the sump. Nutsche filter is moved along the rails to the guide chute. Vacuum pump for filtration of sludge is connected to Nutsche filter. Filtrate is discharged through the drain hole of the Nutsche filter via a flexible hose into the intermediate tank. Nutch filter is turned over; the sludge is discharged via a guide chute into an overturning bucket. Bucket is moved to the big-bag filling station. Bucket is overturned, the sludge is discharged into the funnel of the big-bag filling station. USE - Technological processes.
