| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to pharmaceutical industry, namely to a method of producing pure lignan preparations from compression wood. Method of producing pure preparations of lignans from compression wood, which consists in preparing the raw material used, extracting extractive substances with subsequent production of individual components, characterized by that the raw material used is compression wood of pine, spruce, fir or larch, preparation of which is carried out by drying, grinding to particle size of not more than 1 mm and subsequent drying in a vacuum drying cabinet at temperature of 40 °C, after which the obtained dry sawdust is extracted in a Soxhlet apparatus in two steps: hexane and acetone for 8 hours each, further, the acetone extract is evaporated on a rotary evaporator to a minimum volume, a five-fold excess of deionised water is added to obtain a suspension and freeze-dried, and to isolate pure preparations of lignans, a method of supercritical fluid chromatography on a stationary phase modified with polyethylene glycol is used.
