成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to treatment, purification and decontamination of chicken droppings, namely, to purification of poultry wastes by physical methods. Device for disinfection of chicken droppings with cold atmospheric air plasma includes a loading hopper, a screw conveyor with a housing, lower and upper supports, a fan, a connecting pipe, an ioniser, an electric motor, a chain transmission. Ionizer comprises DC generator with output voltage of 30 kV and DC plasmatron. Fan is connected to the ionizer by means of a connection pipe. Ioniser is rigidly connected to the housing of the screw conveyor. Chain transmission is rigidly arranged on toothed sprockets with possibility of rotation of screw conveyor. Lower support of the screw conveyor is placed on the bottom of the housing of the screw conveyor and is made of a sealed bearing. Upper support of the screw conveyor is fixed on the housing of the screw conveyor by means of a bearing which is rigidly connected to the axis of the screw conveyor. Invention also relates to a method of decontaminating chicken droppings with cold atmospheric air plasma using said device. USE - Various technological processes. ADVANTAGE - Simplified design of the device, reduced technological and technical complexity, exclusion of the use of a fermenter; at that, chicken droppings without pathogenic microorganisms are obtained. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 1 tbl
