成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to heat-resistant nickel alloys intended for the manufacture of high-loaded rotor parts, in particular disks of gas turbine engines, operating under conditions of active action of static and dynamic loads at temperatures up to 800–850 °C. Heat-resistant nickel alloy contains, wt.%: carbon 0.05–0.1, chromium 6.0–10.0, cobalt 16.0–20.0, tungsten 4.0–7.0, molybdenum 3.0–5.0, titanium 3.0–5.0, aluminum 3.0–5.0, niobium 2.0–3.5, tantalum 3.0–6.0, hafnium 0.05–0.5, vanadium 0.5–1.5, manganese 0.05–0.3, boron 0.005–0.05, zirconium 0.001–0.05, scandium 0.01–0.1, magnesium 0.001–0.05, cerium 0.01–0.05, lanthanum 0.01–0.05, yttrium 0.01–0.05, nickel—the rest.
