| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Deferrated ferrous silicalite (FeS)-1(D) catalyst (100), comprises a calcined FeS-1(C) in which extra-framework ferric sites and iron-oxide clusters are removed. USE - The catalyst is useful for selective oxidation of methane to methanol (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: enhances the selectivity of methanol production by 60-70% and decreased production of carbon dioxide and formic acid as by-product; and optimizes the methanol yield. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for synthesis of a deferrated FeS-1(D) catalyst for selective oxidation of methane to methanol, comprising stirring tetraethyl orthosilicate solution vigorously for 20-60 minutes followed by dropwise addition of tetra-propyl ammonium hydroxide with vigorous stirring at room temperature to obtain a mixture, stirring the mixture for 1.5-3 hours at 60-80℃ to obtain a gel, adding aqueous solution of iron nitrate nonahydrate and oxalic acid dihydrateto the gel, stirring the gel at 60-80℃ for 300-480 minutes followed by crystallization to obtain a FeS-1 having silicone dioxide:ferric oxide in ratio of 130:280, calcining FeS-1 for 5-8 hours at 370-550℃ in flowing nitrogen or air to obtain a calcined FeS-1(C), deferrating FeS -1(C) catalyst with 0.05-0.4M ammonium nitrate, and drying at 80-120℃ to obtain a deferrated FeS-1(D) catalyst.
