| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to processing of wastes, in particular to extraction of lead during processing of copper-free slurries from electrolytic refining of secondary copper. Method involves two-stage leaching of said slurries. At the same time at the first stage leaching is carried out without heating with ammonium carbonate solution at its consumption of not less than 0.64 kg/kg of Pb, L:S of not less than 3:1 and duration of not less than 90 minutes. Obtained precipitate is leached at the second stage without heating with acetic acid solution at its consumption of not less than 0.42 kg/kg of Pb, L:S of not less than 3:1 and duration of not less than 60 minutes. USE - Processing of wastes. ADVANTAGE - Reduced specific consumption of reagents, reduced total duration of leaching, increased complexity of use of raw materials due to increased extraction of Pb from slurries to 96% and, as a result, prevention or significant reduction of concentration of Pb in exhaust gases of subsequent processing. 1 cl, 1 tbl, 6 ex |
