| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to veterinary medicine, namely to laboratory diagnostics, and can be used for selection of stallions with high cryo-resistance of sperm. Concentration of oestradiol in blood serum is determined. If the concentration of oestradiol in blood serum is higher than 153.5 pmol/l, the stallion is referred to a group with high cryo-resistance of sperm. If concentration of oestradiol in blood serum is below 153.5 pmol/l, – to group with low cryo-resistance of sperm. USE - Veterinary science.
