| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to agriculture, in particular to plant protection agents. Method of applying biocomponents on the surface of granulated carbamide fertilizer involves contact of carbamide granules with only one side or part of the sphere with an adhesive, which is heated to temperature of 40-80 °C polymerised sunflower oil. Further, the granules with the applied adhesive are mixed with excess powder containing bacterial spores: endophytic bacteria Bacillus pumilus strain BIS88, rhizosphere bacteria Bacillus subtilis strain Ch-13 or endophytic bacteria Bacillus subtilis strain 8A in the form of individual strains or mixtures thereof. Mixing is carried out until the powder ceases to stick to the adhesive. Further, excess powder containing bacterial spores is separated, and finished granules are collected and packed in sealed containers. Polymerised sunflower oil is obtained by applying a thin layer of sunflower oil on a solid surface and holding for 2-3 months in open air in a room or under a canopy under the effect of sunlight. Adhesive is applied in the form of a thin layer of liquid with thickness of 0.01-1 mm on a solid surface or in the form of a thin layer of liquid with thickness of 0.01-1 mm, which flows down the inclined surface. Contact of the carbamide granule with the adhesive is carried out using an air gun under the action of compressed air, the trajectory of the granule touching the surface of the adhesive occurs at an acute angle, and the length of the contact path is equal to 1-3 times the circumference of the used granule. Diameter of carbamide granule is 2-4 mm. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Disclosed method of applying biocomponents on the surface of granulated carbamide fertilizer extends the range of means for producing fertilizers with biocomponents, prevents preparation of a culture fluid, reduces consumption of the adhesive for applying the biocomponent. 6 cl, 1 ex |
