| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to multifunctional devices for cooking food using water vapour and forced convection. Combi steamer includes a housing with a control unit and a loading door, behind which inside the housing there is a working chamber with resistive heaters and a fan, chamber is connected by means of atmospheric channel to atmosphere and by means of steam line of superheated steam with direct-flow induction steam superheater. Steam superheater consists of a magnetic core, a primary coil on this core, connected to an alternating current network, and a secondary winding made of a tubular conductor, short-circuited by an electric jumper, outside of which one end of the tubular conductor is connected to the steam line of the superheated steam, and the other – to the pressure pipeline of the water pump.
