| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of producing 4-aryl-7,9-dimethyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydrothieno[2,3-b:4,5-b']dipyridine-3-carbonitriles of general formula 1 , where Ar = phenyl, or 4-methoxyphenyl, or 2,3-dihydrobenzo[b][1,4]dioxin-6-yl, which involves carrying out reaction using 3,5-dimethyl-1-(cyanoacetyl)pyrazole and thienopyridine derivatives and characterized by that the starting thienopyridine derivatives used are 3-amino-2-(aroyl)-4,6-dimethylthieno[2,3-b]pyridines, which are reacted with 3,5-dimethyl-1-(cyanoacetyl)pyrazole in boiling toluene at 110 °C for 4-7 hours.
