METHOD OF OBTAINING SIGNAL FOR ESTIMATING ROTOR SPEED AND SIGNAL FOR ESTIMATING MOMENT OF RESISTANCE ON SHAFT OF SYNCHRONOUS ELECTRIC MOTOR WITH PERMANENT MAGNETS

成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to electrical engineering, namely to electrical machines and measuring equipment, and can be used for digital control of synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets. Technical result is achieved due to the method of obtaining a signal for estimating the rotor rotation frequency and a signal for estimating the moment of resistance on the shaft of a synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets, which includes measuring instantaneous values of phase currents IA(t), IB(t), IC(t) and phase voltages UA(t), UB(t), UC(t) at a given sampling period Ts, which are converted from a three-phase coordinate system into a rectangular coordinate dq-system rotating synchronously with the rotor. Signals of currents Id(k), Iq(k) and voltages Ud(k), Uq(k) are time delayed by one sampling period. Obtained values of currents Id(k), Iq(k) and voltages Ud(k), Uq(k) and delayed values of currents Id(k-1), Iq(k-1) and voltages Ud(k-1), Uq(k-1) are used to determine prediction values of current estimation at current sampling step. Obtained values of the prediction of the current estimate are corrected and the time delay of the values of the currents Îd(k), Îq(k) is performed by one sampling period to determine the value of the current Îd(k-1), Îq(k-1) estimate at the previous sampling step. Further, the prediction value of the moment of resistance on the shaft of the synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets is determined at the current sampling step and the value of correction of the estimate of the moment of resistance on the shaft is determined synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets at the current sampling step. Time delay of correction of the moment of resistance on the shaft of the synchronous electric motor with permanent magnets is performed for one sampling period to obtain a signal for correction of the moment of resistance on the shaft at the previous sampling step. Estimation of the moment of resistance on the shaft M̂C(k) is determined at the current sampling step and the obtained estimate of the moment of resistance is delayed by one sampling period M̂C(k-1). Then the prediction value of the rotor rotation frequency estimate is determined at the current sampling step. Obtained value is corrected to determine the rotor rotation frequency . Time delay of rotor rotation frequency estimation is performed for one sampling period to obtain rotor rotation frequency estimation signal at the previous sampling step. USE - Electrical engineering.
