成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to ophthalmology. Ametropia is corrected in the patients with stage II-III stabilized keratoconus after implantation of intrastromal corneal segments, UV crosslinking is performed, transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy (trans-PRK) is performed. Trans-PRK is performed with an optical zone diameter of 5.5-6 mm, including a projection of the segment zone at depth of 60 mcm. Further, residual epithelium is removed with a scarificator in a projection of the segment, followed by instillation of an antiseptic and application of a bandage contact lens. USE - Medicine.
