Luminophore layer 4 and electroluminophore layer 5 are applied on insulating layer 3 by alternating segments in the cable cross-section. Thermochrome layer 6 is applied in the form of transverse rings along the cable length over luminophore 4 and electroluminophore 5 layers with alternation of the rings and thermochrome-free 6 surface of luminophore 4 and electroluminophore 5 layers.
