A rod is installed behind a body, which is located between the flaps, and equipped with a spring. A crushing device (6) is connected with rotating disks (8), which are provided with saw-tooth teeth. Shafts are located on bearings. The bodies are connected to the flaps. A hexagonal shaft of the crushing device is installed to the flaps of the body.
