| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Producing polylactide from biodegradable waste comprises (a) collecting biodegradable waste from a desired location; (b) drying, grinding, sieving the collected biodegradable waste; (c) mixing a powder of the waste with suitable media followed by autoclaving; (d) inoculating with 12 - 120 hours old induced culture of Lactobacillus amylophilus GV6 and incubation at predefined temperature for a predefined time; (e) purifying lactic acid by emulsion liquid membrane technique and performing polymerization of purified lactic acid in three phases; (f) heating first phase of the lactic acid, a second phase of lactic acid, and a third phase of lactic acid subsequently at different predefined temperatures for different predefined durations; and (g) mixing the first phase of the lactic acid, the second phase of the lactic acid, and the third phase of the lactic acid in a predefined ratio and heating the mixture at 60 - 250°C for 1 - 6 hours, followed by cooling in room temperature. USE - Method for producing polylactide from biodegradable waste. ADVANTAGE - The method reduces processing of polymerization to 8-18 hours, the brittleness of the polymer and easily molds to give desired shapes, easily performed for activated biofilm formation anf the polymer is 85-93% biodegradable in soil within 30 days of incubation, is stereotypically levo rotatory which makes the component suitable for biomedical applications, thermally stable up to 80-90 °C, cannot be broken easily below melting temperature, cost of production is cheap, simple and eco-friendly, is exploited for bioplastic or biofilm formation, ensures method is green, sustainable and eco-friendly. |
