Arterial hypertension is simulated in male Wistar rats by intraperitoneal introduction of bevacizumab in dose of 15 mg/kg a week. When a cumulative dose is reached—60 mg/kg intragastrically daily 1 time day for 20 days, an unfixed combination of preparations is administered, consisting of telmisartan in dose of 3.1 mg/kg and amlodipine in dose of 0.4 mg/kg.
