| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The oil mist trap device has a coupling (2) whose sides are arranged in threaded connections. The thread connection is intended for connection to the neck of a filter-absorbing box (1) of a gas mask, and contains a carbon charge and an anti-aerosol filter. The other threaded connection is intended for connection to the outlet nozzle of the turbomolecular pump. A louver separator is installed inside the coupling with the ability to cut off portion of the oil aerosol from entering the filter-absorbing box. USE - Oil mist trap device for retaining aerosol generated by turbomolecular pump. ADVANTAGE - The model solves the problem of creating a technically simple-to-use and maintain device. The oil aerosol trap allows for effective control of emissions of aerosol generated by a turbomolecular pump into the laboratory.
