| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to pharmacogenetics, and can be used for differentiated choice of pharmacotherapy of arterial hypertension with underlying dorsopathy in operators. Pharmacogenetic testing of cytochrome P 450 CYP2C9 gene is performed. If genotypes CYP2C9*1/*2 or *2/*2 are detected for the treatment of arterial hypertension, Lozartan is used in dosage of 50 mg a day, pain syndrome is relieved by administering Meloxicam 15 mg a day in tablet form for 20 days. If observing the CYP2C9*1/*1 genotype, Amlodipine in dosage of 5 mg a day in a tablet form and Diclofenac in dosage of 75-100 mg/day in a tablet form are prescribed for 20 days. USE - Medicine.
