成果简介NOVELTY - Isolating exosomes from a sample comprises: (a) obtaining a pre-processed isolation reagent in a pH range between 6.5-7.0, where the pre-processing involves (i) intermittent sonication of the isolation reagent; (ii) extracting a supernatant from the sonicated isolation reagent; and (iii) filtering the supernatant to obtain the pre-processed isolation reagent; (b) collecting a liquid fraction from the sample for isolating the exosomes; (c) adding the pre-processed isolation reagent to the liquid fraction to obtain reaction mixture; (d) centrifuging the reaction mixture to obtain a pellet; and (e) resuspending the pellet in a buffer solution to isolate the exosome, where the exosome obtained is of high purity range between 60-95%. USE - Method for isolating exosomes from a sample, including microbial cell, plant cells and animal cells (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method increases exosomes yield exhibiting a high degree (95%) purity, and isolates exosomes that are free from cellular debris, micro vesicles, and apoptotic bodies.
