| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - A portable device comprises a housing containing a base and a cover, a wire feed unit located inside the housing, and a connector (25) located on the housing for installing and securing torch and lugs for securing belts. The interior space of the housing is illuminated. The wire feed unit comprises a spool for welding wire (9), an electric motor (18), a gearbox (24), a drive, and a pressure roller (5) for drawing the wire and located coaxially with a shaft of the electric motor and perpendicular to a rod of the spool. The housing is divided into a compartment for installing spool of wire, and a compartment for loading welding wire into the wire feed unit and into the channel for feeding wire into a welding zone. Each of the compartments is equipped with a transparent cover (3) made of impact-resistant plastic. The cover of the compartment for installing spool of wire is additionally fixed with a screw. The housing of the device is built with a board for controlling wire feed speed. USE - Portable device for feeding welding wire for arc welding, semi-automatic welding, argon-arc welding, plasma welding and laser welding in cramped working conditions or at height during installation of welded structures. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures improved technical performance for semi-automatic welding, argon-arc welding, plasma welding and laser welding. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A portable device comprises a housing containing a base and a cover, a wire feed unit located inside the housing, and a connector (25) located on the housing for installing and securing torch and lugs for securing belts. The wire feed unit comprises a spool for welding wire (9), an electric motor (18), a gearbox (24), a drive, and a pressure roller (5) for drawing the wire and located coaxially with a shaft of the electric motor and perpendicular to a rod of the spool. The housing is divided into a compartment for installing spool of wire, and a compartment for loading welding wire into the wire feed unit and into the channel for feeding wire into a welding zone. The housing of the device is built with a board for controlling welding wire feed speed and covered with a protective varnish, a digital push-button regulator of the wire feed speed, a digital display (16) indicating the wire feed speed values, a button (21) for turning backlight on and off and covered with a protective foil film on the front side of housing, and an electronic protection of control board from high voltage during tungsten inert gas (TIG) welding inside the housing of the device. The connector is made in the form of a threaded coupling of the feed unit and a union nut.
