成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to pharmaceutical and food industry, namely to a method for preparing a powder preparation containing serotonin, rutin and quercetin. Method for producing a powder preparation containing serotonin, rutin and quercetin, involving the use of barren parts of sea-buckthorn, their grinding, liquid exhaustive extraction and drying, characterized by that using leaves, or a mixture of branches and bark, or a mixture of leaves, branches and bark of sea-buckthorn, collected in March and April, with moisture content of 0.32–4.33% and hygroscopicity of 95.2–96.7%, raw material is crushed, sieved through a sieve to particles with size of not more than 1.4 mm, extraction is carried out with water three times for 20 minutes at a ratio of raw material and extractant of 1:20, 1:30 and 1:50 at temperatures of 45–100 °C in Soxhlet apparatus, each obtained liquid extract is filtered, then all extracts are combined and dried by sublimation under vacuum of 5 GPa and at temperature of 60 °C for 4 hours 15 minutes.
