| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Group of inventions relates to chemistry, medicine and pharmaceutics, namely to a liquid aerosol composition for wound protection and to a method of wound protection. Disclosed liquid aerosol composition contains a film-forming solution of a polymer in an organic solvent and a propellant, wherein said film-forming solution consists of 2-5 wt.% styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) block copolymer and 95-98 wt.% of an organic solvent selected from methylene chloride, cyclohexane or a mixture thereof, and the propellant is a hydrocarbon propellant or dimethyl ether. According to the proposed method, a liquid aerosol composition is applied to the wound surface from distance of 10-20 cm for 10-15 seconds by spraying from an aerosol container, wherein polymer film is formed for 30-60 seconds while formed polymer film has thickness of 0.006-0.010 mm.
