| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to wind power engineering, namely to wind generators with vertical axis of rotation, and can be used for electric power generation. Wind generator includes a cylindrical frame installed vertically on supports. Two horizontal beams are fixed parallel to each other on the outer side of the lower base of the frame and equally spaced from its centre. Bearing assemblies are located at the centres of the upper and lower bases of the frame. Upper bearing assembly consists of a housing, in which an internal bearing is inserted, and an additional bearing with a bushing, which is installed on the housing. Lower bearing assembly consists of a housing, into which an internal bearing is inserted, and an additional bearing with a bushing, which is installed on the housing, where the bushing has an external toothed surface. In the frame there are a shaft with rigidly fixed straight-line blades of the Savonius type, which is installed in the upper and lower bearing assemblies, and a protective screen rigidly fixed to the bushings. Protective screen from above is equipped with rigidly fixed weather vane. On the outer side of the lower base of the frame, a bushing with a magnetic tip is fixed on the shaft for calculating the shaft revolutions, and on horizontal beams there is a generator connected to the shaft through a flexible coupling, which has a toothed connection to the toothed surface of the bushing by means of a gear wheel, and a control unit.
