| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to medicine and can be used to assess the rate of healing of superficial wounds of various aetiologies. Disclosed is a method for quantitative assessment of the rate of healing of the wound surface, which is realized by taking photographs of the wound surface with subsequent conversion of the cropped image into the colour space L*a*b*, reconstruction of the colour image, which is a multidimensional histogram in the colour space L*a*b* for each cropped image, pairwise comparison of colour samples in all images in the experiment to obtain a common matrix of distances, performing multivariate non-parametric analysis of variance to assess the statistical difference between all groups at all time points, followed by constructing an ordination that enables to construct a normal and modified healing trajectory in the feature space, obtaining an estimate of the rate of passage along the healing trajectory in the space of signs in each of the experimental groups.
