成果简介NOVELTY - Invention relates to ecology and can be used for monitoring and assessing the quality of sea water. Method involves fixing a valve position sensor on the shell valves of each mussel, placing the mussels with the valves position sensors in the monitored water, generating the valves position electric signals by the sensors and converting them into digital codes. When the mussels are exposed to stimuli, the data recorded by the valves position sensors are used, obtained within the time interval of the mussel reaction, the value of which is determined between the simultaneous group beginning of movement of mussel valves, in the form of a monotonously decreasing function and the stop of their movement after a time interval not exceeding the boundaries of the time distribution interval obtained for mussels inhabiting the investigated water area. Data outside this interval are considered to be non-informative. USE - Ecology. ADVANTAGE - Invention makes it possible to exclude graduation of the value of opening of mussels valves at the stage of manufacturing and adjustment of biosensor system, as well as to monitor and determine false responses during partial opening or closing of valves of individual mussels when exposed to point stimuli, including fouling and effect of protein filaments. 1 cl, 8 dwg
