| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device (100) has a cleaning assembly affixed to a side of a casing (102), where the cleaning assembly is operatively connected to a driving unit. The cleaning assembly comprises a wiping unit that is operatively coupled to the driving unit through a pulley unit. A wiping blade comprises a W-shaped structure. A side of the wiping blade is attached to the casing. The wiping blade is contacted with the wiping unit for performing wiping action on a cleaning unit. A cutting assembly cuts grass or plants while the device moves on a guardrail upon activation of the driving unit. USE - Advanced guardrail maintenance device for cleaning and maintaining W-beam guardrails mounted on motorways, bridges, and other dangerous roadways. ADVANTAGE - The device is fixed with an integrated cleaning and cutting assembly to eliminate manual intervention by automating guardrail cleaning and grass or plant cutting operations, leading to efficient and cost-effective maintenance routines for the W-beam guardrails. The device operates the device when necessary, thus reducing energy consumption and unnecessary cutting operations.
