成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to haematology, and can be used for prediction of response to first-line polychemotherapy according to the scheme BEACOPP-14 of patients with nodular sclerosis of classical Hodgkin's lymphoma. In the histological sections of the lymph nodes, the average relative content of CD20, CD4 and CD8-positive cells is calculated after immunohistochemical staining of the lymph nodes, followed by the calculation of a percentage index (PI) of the above microenvelopment cells. If the PI is more than or equal to 0.9, a complete response to the first-line polychemotherapy according to the BEACOPP-14 scheme is predicted. If the PI value is less than 0.9, the insufficient or partial response to the first-line polychemotherapy according to the BEACOPP-14 regimen or the absence thereof is predicted. USE - Medicine.
