| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The device (100) has a set of frames (120) holding a flywheel (106) and a plant cutting blade (112). The system mounts the flywheel on the set of frames linking the flywheel to a set of wheels of a trolley (118) by a belt (116) to propel the trolley slowly forward during an operation of pedaling the flywheel. The system links the plant cutting blade mounted on a rotating shaft (104) to the flywheel by another set of frames, and provides a seat (114) and a handle (102) on the frame above the flywheel to enable a user to sit and support to pedal the flywheel, which leads to multiple rotations of the rotating shaft and the plant cutting blade along with forward propulsion of the trolley to cut a set of plants rapidly. The set of plants is selected from a group comprising grass or small plants. USE - Flywheel based plant cutting device e.g. grass-cutting machine, for cutting small plants and grass (all claimed), in rural setting. ADVANTAGE - The device uses renewable energy, and is environmental friendly, as there is no carbon emission. The device uses energy from a rotating flywheel which is renewable, and provides a grass-cutting machine that does not require electricity, fuel and motor. The device provides a cutting machine that is used in a rural setting when current is not available. The device does not require electricity and do not require fuel and do not require a motor. The device avoids need of additional maintenance when the proposed cutting machine is used, since it is completely manual. The device is environmentally friendly as there is no carbon emission.
