| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology, and can be used for diagnosing endometriosis. Samples of patient’s menstrual blood are obtained, lipid extract of dry drops of menstrual blood is prepared, lipid profile of dry menstrual blood spots is obtained by high-performance liquid chromatography with mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS). Based on lipids PE P-16:0/18:1 and PE P-18:0/20:4, calculated is a response variable y': where I PE P-16:0/18:1 _ area of peaks of lipid marker of plasmenyl-phosphatyl ethanolamine PE P-16:0/18:1 on a chromatogram of a sample of a lipid extract of a dry spot of menstrual blood of a patient, standard units; I PE P-18:0/20:4 _ area of peaks of the lipid marker of plasmenyl-phosphatyl ethanolamine PE P-18:0/20:4 on a chromatogram of a sample of a lipid extract of a dry spot of menstrual blood of a patient, standard units. At value y' from 0.68 to 1, endometriosis is diagnosed in the patient. At value y' from 0 to 0.68, the absence of endometriosis is diagnosed in the patient. USE - Medicine.
