成果简介NOVELTY - Solid-state fermentation substrate comprises textile waste and at least one agricultural waste where the ratio of textile waste to agriculture waste is 1:0.5-1:10. USE - Solid-state fermentation substrate. ADVANTAGE - The solid-state fermentation substrate is efficient, eliminates the need to pre-treat the substrate by harsh chemical and/or mechanical treatments, provides agro-industrial waste substrate for the production of high yield cellulase, and produces high titre of cellulase. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a process for producing cellulase by solid-state fermentation comprises providing a solid-state fermentation substrate comprising at least one textile waste and at least one agriculture waste in the weight ratio of 1:0.5-1:10, inoculating the said substrate with at least one microorganism; and incubating the inoculated substrate at a pH of about 4.5-6 and temperature of about (30-35 C) to obtain cellulase.
