| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Device comprises a metal frame, a metalizer (5) and a chamber for metallization with an exhaust, where the frame consists of a welded frame (4), including two stands for winding shaft (3) and unwinding shaft (2) of textile material, and a main body on which a frame with guides, a movable carriage with rollers and a metalizer fixed to it are fixed, in which a nozzle with a pressure gauge and a diaphragm with an adjustable radius of 3-6 mm, limit switches for automatic and manual carriage control modes, electric motors and autotransformers for adjusting the carriage speed and the rotation speed of the shafts for textile material, a control panel for the installation and a shaft for winding textile material, secured with a three-jaw chuck and a journal located in it, are installed. USE - The device is useful for electric arc metallization of textile materials (claimed) e.g. metalized natural, artificial and synthetic textile materials. ADVANTAGE - The device: is simple to implement, available materials, widespread and accessible equipment are used for its production; and is operate in manual and automatic modes which is achieved due to the fact that an electric control circuit for the carriage is assembled to solve this problem, allowing the carriage to be moved manually by switching toggle switches and turning on several buttons, and to move automatically, thanks to the limit switches located at the ends of the frame guides, which, upon contact with the carriage, automatically send a signal to change the direction of movement of the carriage, ensuring the cyclical nature of its movement.
