成果简介	NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery, angiology, and can be used for treating obliterating diseases of lower extremity arteries in elderly and senile patients with multi-bed and distal forms of arterial vascular involvement, which are not promising for surgical revascularization. Medical treatment is used: rheopolyglucinum in amount of 200 ml intravenously once a day, total of 10 infusions, in combination with taking carvedilol 24 mg 2 times a day and rosuvastatin 10 mg once a day, with good tolerance, the dose of carvedilol is increased to 50 mg, while rosuvastatin is increased to 20 mg a day in combination with electromechanical exposure to the lumbar region along the neurovascular bundle of the lower extremity; the length of one procedure is 10 minutes. Therapeutic course is 10 days. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method provides restoration of central, peripheral and coronary circulation in affected tissues of extremity and cardiac muscle in the shortest possible time due to activation of NO-oxidase enzyme, reduced ability of thrombocytes to aggregation and increased percentage of high density lipoproteins, reduced percentage of low and very low density lipoproteins, and levelling of systemic atherosclerotic process in wall of large and medium diameters of arteries. 2 cl, 2 ex
