| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to protection of metals from acid corrosion, mainly caused by hydrochloric acid. Inhibitor contains an active base in the form of alkylimidazoline, an organic additive and an alcoholic aliphatic solvent. As alkylimidazoline, it contains imidazoline of general formula (I) where n = 1-3, R is a residue of a fatty acid of a limiting or unsaturated series, selected from acids obtained during processing of vegetable oils or wood-chemical raw materials. As an organic additive, the inhibitor contains a low-molecular aldehyde selected from glyoxal, or furfural, or formaldehyde, or a mixture of furfural and glyoxal. Alcohol solvent used is a mixture of saturated and unsaturated alcohols selected from the following series: methanol, ethanol, propanol, butanol, allyl alcohol, propargyl alcohol. Composition of components includes, wt.%: alkylated imidazoline of formula (I) 2-20; aldehyde (in terms of basic substance) 10-50; alcohol solvent – balance. Recommended concentration of the inhibitor in the acid solution ranges from 0.3 to 1.0 wt.%. USE - Chemistry.
