| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to oil refining industry, in particular, to catalyst of protective layer for removal of catalytic poisons from raw material of hydrotreatment and method of catalyst preparation. Described is a protective layer catalyst containing nickel and molybdenum oxides as active components, and macromezoporous aluminium oxide as a support. Catalyst additionally contains high-silica zeolite Y as a support at the following ratio of components, wt.%: NiO 2.0-7.0; MoO3 5.0-11.0; zeolite Y 1.0-2.0; AlO3 – the rest, and macromezoporous aluminium oxide has pore volume of not less than 0.43 cm3/g, effective diameter of mesopores in range of 13.9-15.5 nm, effective diameter of macropores of 390-460 nm. As high-silica zeolite Y, the catalyst contains ultrastable zeolite HY in hydrogen form with sodium oxide content of not more than 0.03 wt.% and silicate modulus (SiO2/Al2O3) of not less than 50. Method of preparing the catalyst of the protective layer involves preliminary preparation of a support and subsequent application of active components on it by impregnation with a combined aqueous solution of precursors of nickel and molybdenum in terms of moisture capacity. To obtain a support, first, peptization of aluminium hydroxide powder of pseudo-boehmite structure is carried out in a mixture with high-silica zeolite Y, then a pore-forming agent is introduced – a paraffin emulsion, then moulding, drying and calcination at a temperature of at least 550 °C are carried out to remove the paraffin emulsion. USE - Oil refining industry. ADVANTAGE - Development of a catalyst for a protective layer for removal of catalytic poisons – lead, arsenic, sodium, calcium, mercury, phosphorus, copper – from oil fractions in the process of hydrotreatment with improved texture characteristics, increased sorption capacity and catalytic activity in removal of catalytic poisons, which will make it possible to increase service life of the catalyst of the main layer of the hydrotreating process. 3 cl, 4 ex, 3 tbl |
