| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to a method of forming granules of nitrogen fertilizers by prilling with a closed air circulation circuit, in which cooling air is supplied to the lower part of the prilling tower, melt of nitrogen fertilizer is sprayed in the upper part of the tower prilling and granules are removed from its lower part. At that, by means of at least one closed circulation loop air is removed from the upper part of the prilling tower for preparation by cleaning and cooling and is returned to the lower part of the prilling tower as cooling air. Method is characterized by the fact that at least part of the air before returning to the prilling tower is directed for additional treatment by additional cooling of air with condensate release, removal of condensate and subsequent air heating. USE - Various technological processes. ADVANTAGE - Use of the proposed invention increases efficiency of the process by improving the quality of the obtained fertilizer, increasing operational reliability and reducing the dimensions of the equipment used while maintaining complete absence of emissions from the prilling process and avoiding the need for air suction from outside. 20 cl, 2 dwg, 2 tbl |
